La Cotisation

Membership Subscription (Cotisation)

As with any association, there is an annual membership fee or subscription (known by the French word cotisation) which must be paid each year, including  -  once one you have made your commitment (Engagement) and become a full member (Hospitalier)  -  any year when you are unable to come to Lourdes.

This subscription alone is what makes it possible for you to be signed on for duty in one of the Services and entitles you to benefit from the preferential rates for accommodation and meals during your stage.

Furthermore, it also includes compulsory insurance cover which protects hospitaliers and stagiaires while they are in service.
